**To build, scale and manage end to end, Honeywell - Brand License business**
**Responsibilities**
- Create a blueprint for the go to market strategy for the brand in SE Asia.
Deliver a robust and S.M.A.R.T business plan that comprehensively projects the growth trajectory for the business over the next 12/24/36 months. This shall entail, planning, building and executing a holistic strategy and business plan with a multi-year outlook for creating a substantial and consistent revenue stream for the company. Within this engine, the key elements will be, hiring and retaining best in class talent, building deep and mutually beneficial relationships with key partners, driving brand salience through focused marketing efforts execution, driving sell-through to end-consumers, end to end P&L management and owning the entire value chain to maintain a lean yet robust supply chain for product flow.
- Develop strategic partnerships across key distributors, key channels, E- commerce players, large format retailers and system integrators.
Strategise for growth and gain maximum market share of all product categories. Achieve optimal width of distribution that ensures an optimised channel eco-system.
- Develop plans to achieve revenue targets, profitability and market share objectives. Implement and execute those plans and maintain strong and steady rhythm for the sales engine.
- Key account management. Maintain day to day partner and customer interactions, ensure the team meets their expectations and continuously mines and gains upsell & additional revenue opportunities.
- Providing actionable insight on emerging market and technology trends.
Manage all internal team (South East Asia) reporting on all metrics to ensure optimal performance and outcomes.
**Role in Business Process**
- This primary responsibility for the role is the successful achievement of the Top and Bottom-line targets in each FY. Further the role is responsible for ensuring the team contributes towards the continued global growth of the company.
- Secondary to this is managing key partner relationships.
**Position Scope**
This Position effects Secure Connection on a worldwide basis since Sales revenues in SE Asia is a key strategic priority for the company globally. The role has a key responsibility for achieving sales targets which is part of a strategic long term business plan. These Targets have ongoing ramifications to the success of the company as there is tremendous market by market focus required and building a strong and steady Sales revenue stream that has been identified as one of the most strategic and important bets on which the continued worldwide success of Secure Connection depends.
**Decision making**
The Key decisions the role will make include: Account by Account Marketing and Sales Support, Investment apportionment by account and resource utilization. The implications of these decisions will be realized via the performance and revenues generated for the total business at the regional level.
**Strategy & Development**
The role is integral to the sales and marketing strategy of the company at a global level. There are various Procedures and Methods that will need to be planned and built to support this role including, Sales Reporting, Triage Meetings, Informed Data Analysis.
Further there will need to be structured Methods for managing the relationships and activities with key customers and partners. There will also need to be QBR’s to be adhered to, for partners within the eco-system. The role will plan and build these procedures and workflows. The role will also augment these new disciplines as the role becomes established and the opportunities for improvement are presented. In addition, the position will work closely with other regional leaders, the CEO and board of the company to establish ongoing Strategy and Development to further scale the Sales engine.
**People Management**
The role will have multiple direct reports. The role will be responsible for conducting reviews and driving a strong corporate culture within the sales team that is aligned to the co-founder’s vision. The role will be solely responsible for setting goals and objectives and ensuring these are congruent with the overall goals and objectives of Secure Connection globally.
**Communication/ Business /Relationships**
The role will have the following key business partners:

- Key Retailers
- E-Commerce Players
- Key strategic alliances - partners
- Broader channel eco-system
- Internal stakeholders across job functions
- Other Regional business leaders of Secure Connection
The Role will be required to Integrate best practices and learning from and to the broader company ecosystem. The role will have to work closely with the product team, finance team and logistics teams.
