We are looking for a Head of Product Sales team leader to grow our business.

**Responsibilities**
- Leading a mid-sized sales team to drive Green Link Bank’s digital supply chain and trade propositions.
- Being accountable of sales team performance and your own score card.
- Identifying leads (anchor enterprise and their MSME vendors), growing them into sustainable and loyal customers.
- Enabling clients to adopt and implement Green Link Bank SCF and trade products. Supporting clients’ CFO / Treasury in their strategies and implementation, influencing clients’ decisions in financing, funding, and capital deployment.
- Collaborating with, building strong rapport with, orchestrate, negotiate, prioritize, and manage deliverables with other team members including customer service, sales, relationship management, legal, operations and IT development. Participating in technical discussions.
- Training and coaching internal team members, ensuring they deliver up to their target.
- Ensuring Green Link Bank’s products are delivered in compliance with Singapore laws.
- Hosting webinars, events, representing Green Link Bank in industrial conference, community, and committee.

**Requirements**:

- Have at least 8 years of work experience, of which at least 5 years of experience in senior positions at financial institutions or similar institutions, as a B2B sales manager.
- Have people management experience.
- Demonstrate history of beating sales goal / target
- Have profound understanding in supply chain financing, consulting and advisory.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal customer communications skills.
- Working experience in HTML, CSS, PowerPoint, Figma, SQL.
- Are great at stakeholder management, able to challenge status quo thoughtfully and tactically.
- Are organised, detail oriented and thorough.
