Assist Director/Deputy Director to administer and control the planning, implementation, pre and post contracts management and budget of major integrated Community Club(s) development and other PA building development projects.
- Lead the development, construction, contract management of Major integrated projects with multiple stakeholders as assigned by the Management.
- Manage the project management, provides leadership, direction, guidance and supervise the assigned Mgr to ensure projects meet the planned schedule, within budget, of good quality and working within established project policies and guidelines.
- Oversee and give direction to appointed team of multi-discipinary consultants comprising professionals in project management, architectural, civil & structural, mechanical & electrical, environmental, interior and etc to ensure assigned projects complete within schedule and approved budget and meet the project strategic, design, quality and operational objectives.
- Meet financial objectives for the projects by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions and timely closure of project accounts.
- Monitor the overall status of projects, submits progress updates on projects and ensure timely submission of status reports to Management and Stakeholders.
- Liaise and co-ordinate with grassroots leaders, project consultants, various stakeholders and operator on tender requirements.
- Achieve desired environmental sustainable and universal design of major integrated development projects.
- Convene and implement value management and value engineering process for design, functional and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate and arrange for periodic updates of project status to Adviser, PA steering committee and stakeholders.
- Administer pre and post contract management of major integrated development projects.
- Ensure compliance with Government and internal procurement and financial procedures.
- Oversee the submission for Development Project In-progress(DPIP) for capitalisation of major integrated & CC Development Projects.
- Monitor end users training of the use and maintenance of facilities/systems, testing, commissioning and defects management.
- Monitor post contract management such as defects rectifications and submission of handover of documents.
- Enusre proper and full archive of essential data, financial information all authorities approval information etc for reference, audit and future development of building
