**Working Arrangement**

**Responsibilities**
- Drive adoption of digital solutions that help customers access policy information and make changes to their policies easily via the customer portal.
- Ensure effective day-to day operation of activities and transactions pertaining to inforce policies.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of transaction requests from customers.
- Ensure effective management and containment of complaints from point of receipt to point of resolution by the service assurance team, in accordance to MAS complaint handling framework.
- Ensure compliance with Global, Regional and local regulatory guidelines/ regulations.

**What we are looking for**
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 15 years of work experience, comprising minimum 8 years of relevant industry /supervisor experience
- Extensive knowledge of life insurance concepts, life insurance products, and insurance specific processes pertaining to both new business & inforce policies
- Demonstrated leadership and managerial excellence including hiring, performance management and employee development
- Excellent communication (both orally and written) and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across multiple levels and effectively interface with sensitive client situations
- Team player with the ability to influence, negotiate and develop “win-win” solutions
- Skilled problem-solver and decision-maker
- Ability to effectively multi-task in fast-paced environment
