New Life Volunteer Management (VM) plays a vital role in engaging volunteers, cultivating long-term relationships and building volunteer commitment that bring an affinity between the volunteers, the organisation and its mission.

We are looking for a passionate, organised and sociable professional to be a key member in creating a volunteer-friendly culture within New Life where fulfilled volunteers are fulfilling needs.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualise, plan and develop strategies to build deep friendships and foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Design, implement and administer VM systems and processes
- Network, match and engage volunteers with organisational and beneficiary needs
- Curate and manage the volunteer training programmes and learning management systems to strengthen capability, support aspirational and motivational needs, and create buy-in
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to collate volunteer contributions and support in secretariat work and reporting of the volunteer programmes to management
- Utilise appropriate platforms for effective communication with volunteers and internal stakeholders to optimise engagement and coordination

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Resource or related fields
- Good understanding of the social service sector or non-profit organisations
- Passionate in creating positive impact for internal and external stakeholders
- Self-starter and multi-tasker with flexibility & adaptability
- Ability to think big-picture and be meticulous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media
- Experience in Project or Event Coordination will be an advantage
