CATERING OPS EXECUTIVE

Sales and Business:

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Planning menus and overseeing venue, equipment, food, and other preparations depending on the type of event.

Event Planning and Coordination:

- Work closely with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences.
- Support the Catering Ops Manager in coordinating all aspects of events/catering, decorations, and logistics.
- Oversee full execution of operations flow (up until successful delivery) to ensure smooth set-up of catering events,
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Client Relationship Management:

- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns or requests promptly.
- Maintain positive relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Act as the main point of contact between kitchen team & sales team to effectively communicate client needs to ensure seamless execution.

Inventory Management:

- Monitoring the availability of all catering stock and supplies closely
- Maintain close relationships with logistics partners & drivers to arrange adhoc delivery for urgent stock supplies or adhoc orders.

Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with internal teams, including catering staff, kitchen personnel, and other departments, to ensure seamless event execution.
- Communicate event details and requirements effectively to all relevant teams.
- Support the Catering Ops Manager in training for new products introduced.

Budget Management:

- Support both the Sales Manager & Catering Ops Manager to manage event and vendor budgets, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness

Post-event follow-up:

- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of events and identify areas for improvement.
- Gather feedback from clients to enhance future offerings and services.
