Import/export Documentation Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare, review, and process all import and export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bill of lading, shipping instructions, certificates of origin, and other relevant documents.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation to comply with customs regulations and international trade requirements.
- Maintain organized documentation records and filing systems for easy retrieval and reference.
- Stay updated on import/export regulations, trade policies, and customs procedures to ensure adherence to legal requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with local and international trade laws.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with import/export regulations and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents to ensure timely and smooth shipment processes.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as customs authorities, suppliers, and customers, to facilitate smooth communication and resolve any documentation-related queries.
- Propose and implement initiatives to streamline documentation processes, reduce errors, and enhance overall efficiency.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in import/export documentation within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and international trade compliance.
- Familiarity with Singapore customs regulations and procedures is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Prior experience with trade documentation software or systems is a plus.
