Clinic Assistant

Downtown Core, Singapore DRB Full time

**Key responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Ensure the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the clinic.
- Administrative duties including answering phone calls, maintaining simple filing, stock take.
- Cashiering duties including payment collection, filing for relevant claims, account-keeping.
- Patient care duties including registration, maintaining appointments and dispensing of medications.
- Clinical duties including chaperoning doctors, assisting in clinical tasks such as ECG, blood taking, dressing, assisting the doctor in surgical procedures.
- Inventory duties including monitoring stock levels, ordering medicines.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic.
- And any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Working experience in a clinic or hospital preferred (but not necessary)
- Responsible individual, hardworking, willing to learn and a team-player with high level of integrity
- Able to work on shifts & weekends
- Able to speak well in English and Mandarin preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
