Multi-disciplinary Clinic with specialist doctors
- Provide front line counter services such as patient registration and provide information on clinic services and products
- Assist Medical Doctors during procedures
- Able to perform basic medical care procedures Eg. check BP, change of dressing, dispense medication
- Advise patients on premium medical aesthetic treatments and beauty products (training provided)
- Sell and promote treatments and products to clients based on their needs (training provided)
- Build repeat clientele
- Actively promote clinic services
- Liaising with external partners and venders
- Able to handle administrative duties assigned, including insurance memos and submission. Computer skills necessary.
- Good spoken and written English

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Computer skills required
- Previous experience with PLATO will be an advantage
- A team player, possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Mandarin preferred
- Customer orientated and able to provide service with a smile
- Confident with a pleasant disposition and well groomed
- Able to work independently.
- Meticulous in execution of work duties; must possess a positive attitude and is hardworking
- Able to multi-task, prioritize and work fast in a demanding work environment
