Join Our Dynamic Skin & Sports Medicine Team in the CBD

We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented Clinic Nurse/Assistant to join our multi-disciplinary Skin and Sports Medicine Clinic located in the heart of the CBD (Tanjong Pagar / Downtown area). As a key member of our dynamic healthcare team, you will provide essential frontline support to patients, assist doctors in procedures, and ensure smooth clinic operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide front-line patient services including registration, appointment scheduling, and enquiries on treatments, medications, and clinic products.
  • Assist doctors during medical and aesthetic procedures.
  • Perform basic clinical tasks (e.g., blood pressure checks, wound dressing changes, medication dispensing).
  • Advise patients on suitable treatments and products (training provided).
  • Build rapport with patients and foster long-term relationships.
  • Actively promote clinic services and participate in patient engagement initiatives.
  • Handle administrative duties including insurance memos, submissions, and vendor liaison.

What We're Looking For:

  • Candidates with nursing qualifications or clinical experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer systems; knowledge of PLATO is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (Mandarin proficiency a plus).
  • Friendly, confident, and well-groomed with a positive, customer-first attitude.
