**Our Client**
- **Location: Marina Square/ Suntec Tower**:

- **5 days work week **_**(May include 1 weekend)**_
- **Shifts based on availability.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure operational excellence by delivery exceptional Guest Experience
- **Keep safety as the priority focus while hosting/engaging our guests in a variety of activities, programs and/or learning journeys.**:

- Be proactive with guests to answer questions and be flexible in resolving guest situations via face-to-face, mobile, or other digital communication channels.
- **Review, propose and execute ideas to improve on park related and guest experience matters.**:

- Assist team leaders on staff trainings and team development.
- **Be responsible for the operations of specific attractions or rides.**:

- General cleanliness of crew and guest areas, safety checks on all equipment and facilities per the SOP and upkeeping of the overall play park ambience.

**Requirements**:

- Flexible to work on shift patterns _(weekends / public holidays inclusive)_
- Proficient in a 2nd language will be an _added advantage_
- Prior experience in Retail/Attractions and/or working with children and/or have background in Performing Arts will be an _added advantage_

**Salary**

$1,800 - $2,200
