**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure operational excellence by delivery exceptional Guest Experience
- **Keep safety as the priority focus while hosting/engaging our guests in a variety of activities, programs and/or learning journeys.**:

- Be proactive with guests to answer questions and be flexible in resolving guest situations via face-to-face, mobile, or other digital communication channels.
- **Review, propose and execute ideas to improve on park related and guest experience matters.**:

- Assist team leaders on staff trainings and team development.
- **Be responsible for the operations of specific attractions or rides.**:

- General cleanliness of crew and guest areas, safety checks on all equipment and facilities per the SOP and upkeeping of the overall play park ambience.

**Requirements**:

- Flexible to work on shift patterns _(weekends and public holidays inclusive) _
- _Proficient in a 2nd language will be an added advantage _
- _Prior experience in Retail/Attractions and/or working with children and/or have background in Performing Arts will be an added advantage _
