Our client is a leading provider of themed indoor activity centres in Singapore are seeking a creative and energetic Activity Crew, Park Operations to enhance the park experience through dynamic event coordination and guest engagement. Key Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional guest experience and maintain high standards of operational excellencePrioritize safety while engaging guests in a variety of activities, programs, and learning journeysInteract proactively with guests, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns across various channels (in-person, mobile, or digital)Propose, review, and implement enhancements to the parks offerings and guest experiencesSupport team leaders in staff training and team developmentOversee and manage the operations of specific attractions or ridesPerform housekeeping tasks, ensuring cleanliness of guest and crew areas, conducting safety inspections per SOPs, and maintaining the overall ambience of the parkTake on any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidaysFriendly, approachable, and courteous demeanorStrong communication skillsExperience in mascot performance is a plusAbility to multitask, with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skillsProficient in spoken and written EnglishAdditional language skills are a bonusExperience in retail, attractions, child-focused environments, or performing arts is advantageous Interested candidates are invited to send in your Resume in MS Word Format stating your past work experience, reasons for each job move, and your past and expected salary.
