As part of the regional team you will play an integral role in helping firms meet our collective Trust and Growth ambition, promoting consistency and collaboration, so that KPMG Inspires Confidence and Empowers Change for our clients and talent. This role presents an exciting opportunity to build relationships with senior leaders across member firms throughout the Asia Pacific region.

**The Role**

The Microsoft Azure Alliance Lead is at the forefront of our client digital transformation efforts growing our cloud services revenue across 10+ Member Firms in Asia (including Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Greater China, ASEAN, South Korea).

**Deliverables and accountabilities**

**Alliance Partner and Industry Insights**

Develop close relationships with the Microsoft Azure-related business and stakeholders. Synthesize and combine various business insights to develop cloud roadmap recommendations and a differentiated value proposition with Azure. Understands cloud market trends, market opportunities, compliance by reading, attending webinars, conferences delivered by Industry thought leaders such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC.

**Trusted Advisor**

Act as the voice of the Microsoft Azure joining the KPMG global and regional Technology Consulting / Cloud Advisory groups and contributing with insights that influence the technology roadmaps and investments towards Microsoft, in line with KPMG global key priority solutions.

**Strategy Formulation**

Get quickly up to speed about our KPMG Connected, Powered, Trusted and provide analysis of overall priority client/sector needs in alignment towards Microsoft's technology priorities. Advise on gaps that would accelerate KPMG Azure business revenue eg capacity planning, asset building in line with Connected, Powered, Trusted.

**Lead the build-with motion with Microsoft (capability and IP)**

Get a clear understanding of the KPMG existing IP and assets on Azure available globally in our international KPMG network and be able to articulate the client benefits of the priority IP assets to clients, Microsoft and KPMG stakeholders. Make the needful for those assets to be available on Microsoft marketplace (IP co-sell). Land the relevant global Azure assets in our Asia region in key accounts where relevant and localize it if needed for client pursuits. Build and lead the execution the all-up regional enablement plan to enlarge significantly the breadth and width of our Azure certifications in the region in accordance with local market needs.

**Execute Go-to-market campaigns with Microsoft**

Build GTM campaigns to generate net new opportunities for the member firms in the region with the sponsorship of Microsoft and/or the local Member firms. Promote key landmark wins and build a plan to raise market awareness of KPMG in the Azure Cloud space working closely with the Global Azure teams, Marketing, Clients & Markets and/or Analysts.

**Lead the sell-with motion with Microsoft**

Build GTM campaigns to generate net new opportunities for the member firms in the region with the sponsorship of Microsoft and/or the local Member firms. Promote key landmark wins and build a plan to raise market awareness of KPMG in the Azure Cloud space working closely with the Global Azure teams, Marketing, Clients & Markets and/or Analysts.

Convert the GTM leads to opportunities to pursuits of Azure transformative deals with the local Engagement teams and the respective Microsoft Account Teams. Act as the alliance sales and solution enabler bringing in the power of the Microsoft partner support to pitch with KPMG teams ensuring we deliver jointly a clear and differentiated cloud value proposition to the clients.

**Required/Minimum Qualifications:
- 8-10+ years of related experience in cloud technologies or data and analytics solutions / practice development, Cloud / Infrastructure technologies required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft platform is a must with related Azure certifications obtained. Strong Technical knowledge of Azure and ability to articulate the value proposition of Microsoft Azure Cloud to Member Firms.
- Deep understanding of partnerships and alliances, ability to articulate digital transformation business drivers, cloud platforms, emerging Cloud trends and their impact on client opportunities.
- Strong understanding of business strategies and outcomes that Azure cloud technology can support, can anticipate the resolution of technical blockers that arise during strategy planning, quickly identify people and levers to help towards resolution.
