**Senior Data Engineer**

**THE ROLE**:
NPI Engr Data and Tools team is focus on designing and building system that collect and analyze the data from multiple sources with different formats. As a data engineer, we play a crucial role in designing, operating, and supporting the increasingly complex system that powers modern data analytics. With the rise of data warehouse, we manage and deliver the data to downstream consumers for analytics and ensure the data accuracy of data for business decisions.

**THE PERSON**:
We are currently looking for a highly motivated, independent, and self-driven individual who embraces challenges with strong communication skills and a team player mindset.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Take end-to-end development ownership for one or more modules
- Participate as a member of agile team and deliver high quality software
- Take the responsibly for our data warehouse and data lake
- Collaborate with other engineers to ensure that any changes are accounted for verification
- Help to drive data engineering excellence

**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE**:

- 5 years' of relevant experience
- Proficient in Python language
- Familiar with Linux/Unix environment
- Familiar with source control system such as Git
- Experience in automation testing and CICD pipelines
- Experience in cloud infrastructure such as AWS
- Experience in different databases and data warehouse such as MariaDB, MongoDB and Snowflake
- Experience in data visualization tool such as Tableau or Power BI

**ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS**:

- A Bachelor/Master’s degree in computer science/electrical engineering or equivalent
