To meet our ambition and growth plans, we are currently looking for a TA and People Partner, to join our high impact team in our office in Singapore.
Tasks
- Works closely with management and SVP of People & Talent on recruitment and HR partnering in Singapore
- Manages HR operations for Singapore ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient HR coverage for Singapore team.
- Ensure proper onboarding and offboarding process and the necessary HR paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
- Maintain and update employee files in our designated software (BambooHR), including producing relevant reports and metrics on a monthly and regular basis.
- Manage and execute HR related activities eg. employment passes, insurance policies, annual leave records, government grants.
- Enhance employee experience by resolving issues promptly, provides clear guideline to team and organise team building activities.
- Participates in the execution of the Company's Graduate Recruitment Programme.
- Any other people-related matters, as and when required.
**Requirements**:
- At least 8 years of recruitment experience and 3 years of HR business partnering
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- A self-starter with a meticulous eye for details
- A resilient individual who works well in a fast-paced environment and has had experience working in start-ups
