**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing distribution partners, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
- Identify new sales opportunities and actively manage sales pipelines to drive the growth and performance of distribution channels.
- Conduct regular business reviews with distributors to assess their performance, identify challenges, and implement strategies for continuous improvement with stakeholders.
- Develop and lead product presentations, demonstrations, and provide technical support to both distributors and end customers.
- Facilitate clear communication between internal teams and distributors to ensure the efficient flow of information and operations.
- Collect and share valuable feedback on market trends and customer needs with the product development team to guide future improvements.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 5 years sales experiences in Electronic, Electrical industries, General Industries.
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field, with practical, hands-on experience an added advantage.
- Proven track record in sales, engineering, or technical support, particularly within test & measurement distribution channels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to simplify and present complex technical concepts and solutions in an accessible manner.
- Willingness to travel for distributor meetings, training, and events (including the Philippines, other parts of Asia, and additional assigned locations).
**Location**: Ubi (Tai Seng from April)
