The position requires an understanding of the end-to-end supply chain activities across the Asian and global Agrochemical markets, latest industry trends, and competitive market strategies. The individual will ensure timely deliveries with better cost position.

**Purpose of the Position**:
Head of Operations & Supply chain is responsible for Strategic planning & execution of supply chain activities. He /She is responsible for end-to-end supply chain activities of the region and ensures reliable performance to enable growth.

Responsible for realizing synergies & achieve cost reductions, while improving current service levels. Support the business team in deploying strategy for the region and partner with countries in monitoring the supply situation from all aspects, understand interconnections, and pre-identify risks and work to mitigate them.

**Accountabilities**:

- S&OP - execution and center of excellence for countries in the region
- Lead strategic Operations: Small countries’ proc. & sourcing strategy
- Support region-related CAPEX decisions by aligning with global
- Third Party procurement & sourcing of strategic contracts
- Manage the connection with Global and support countries in discussions with Global team
- Share and implement best business practices & knowledge of the group
