Alibaba Group Strategic Investment Associate

1. To analyze technology, product and market trends in Web 3.0, in order to develop investment strategies, spot-on forward-looking investment themes, and identify opportunities. 2. To establish global networks within the industry to generate strong deal pipelines. 3. To evaluate potential targets for early, growth and later stage investments, and to develop comprehensive proposals to the investment committee. 4. To lead deal structuring and executions, including modeling, due diligence, negotiations and closing. 5. To monitor performance of investment portfolios. Create value through in-depth management, active participation and timely exits. Create synergies through bridging portfolio companies with the group’s relevant business units.
1. Bachelor degree or above and Strong business sense and strategic thinking. 2. Must-haves: a) Experience and strong passion for cryptocurrencies, blockchain, and Web 3.0. b) investment experience with IBD, PE, VC, or Crypto Funds. Solid understanding of financial models and investment models. 3. Big Plus: a) Tech and internet sector experience. b) Open to frequent global business traveling. c) Due to frequent communications with the global headquarter, proficiency in Mandarin is a big plus. 4. Passion to lead, to innovate, and to disrupt. Strong team spirit. 5. Work experience requirement : 8-10 Years.
