Key Responsibilities
- Perform setup, system administration in a heterogeneous environment comprising of VM and Windows-based Servers
- Implement operating system and product-specific security hardening & patches
- Perform performance tuning and capacity planning when needed Work in a team to implement the underlying processes supporting IT service management, such as configuration management and incident & problem management

**Requirements**:

- Academic Criteria & Professional Certification
- Has a Diploma / Degree in IT discipline Attained MCSE and/or Linux Administrator certification

Experience and Technical Skills Set
- At least 6 - 8 years’ experience in system administration and support on Microsoft Windows.
- Experience in performing OS hardening and patching using WSUS/SCCM
- Experience in Active-Directory administration
- Sound working experience in VMWare Virtualization Experience in scripting for Windows to automate tasks

Experience and Technical Skills Set (Optional)
- Working experience in Ansible software Working experience in HPOBM software

Other Criteria
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Possesses initiative and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Analytical and good trouble-shooting skills
- Customer-oriented
- Able to manage stress
- Familiar with data center operations
