Windows Systems Administrator

An excellent Windows Systems Administrator role has just opened at a leading global tech company in a growing market.

Job Purpose:

Manage, troubleshoot, and secure Windows servers and cloud infrastructure to ensure system reliability.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administer and troubleshoot Windows servers, including installation and system hardening tasks.
  • Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and ensure high availability of systems.
  • Configure and support Microsoft clusters and RAID storage for optimal performance.
  • Work with virtualization platforms like VMware and cloud environments such as AWS.
  • Oversee file system quotas, FTP/SFTP configurations, and storage space management.

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in Windows system administration or related roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Science, or a relevant Computer Diploma.
  • Certifications like MCSE or VMware preferred for enhanced skills validation.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud operations, particularly AWS deployment and migration.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to problem solving.

The successful Windows Systems Administrator must possess strong technical skills and customer focus.
