Shipbrokers act as intermediaries between two parties in the shipping industry.

We are now looking for a HR Administrator to join our vibrant business.

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the HR Administrator’s responsibilities include but is not limited to the following:

- Organize and maintain personnel records.
- Manage and run the HRIS software of the organization, and make sure it’s updated.
- Create presentations and reports on HR metrics.
- Prepare various HR documents, including employment contracts.
- Onboarding/Offboarding activities.
- Leave and Benefits administration.
- Active participation in HR projects.

- Resilient and the ability to adapt to changing work priorities.
- Effective communication skills with sound judgement and ability to handle sensitive matters with tact, diplomacy and confidentiality.
