**Position Overview**:
**Key Objectives**:
- Oversee day-to-day operations in line with charity regulations and organisational standards.
- Design, implement, and evaluate programmes that support foster and adoptive families.
- Build meaningful partnerships with members, agencies, and community stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan, coordinate, and evaluate HFG-SG’s programmes and services.
- Organise events and initiatives to support and strengthen foster families.
- Recruit, train, and manage members, volunteers, and befrienders.
- Conduct outreach with fostering agencies, corporate partners, and the broader community.
- Coordinate board meetings, including agenda preparation, reporting, and minute-taking.
- Develop and monitor budgets for engagement and outreach initiatives.
**Skills and Competencies**:
- Strong strategic thinking and programme development skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
- Highly **self-directed**, **organised**, and comfortable working **independently in a hybrid setting**.
- Team-oriented, resourceful, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, Community Development, Sociology, Public Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience (including volunteer experience) working with vulnerable communities or diverse stakeholder groups.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
