As Manufacturing Plant Leader, you're to perform daily operations of plants ensuring reliability and consistency of production line, including Service Shops. Contributing to the development of business plan for the business unit as a whole. Developing strategic midterm plan for the manufacturing unit based on agreed strategic plan for entire unit.
As a CWI Manufacturing Plant Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Managing an overall production facility to reach defined targets in quality, cost, delivery, and safety.
- Ensuring continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards.
- Promoting a well-built HSE culture across the site
- Conducting frequent interactions on strategic level due to complex long term planning activities
- Handling complex manufacturing processes and monitoring & improving cost productivity while ensuring all customer

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Have extensive experience in Plant Management and Supply chain.
- Have great interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Have good oral and written communication skills.
- Be able to demonstrate ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Be able demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
- Have ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Have LEAN manufacturing training or experience.
