The Line Leader, Manufacturing is responsible for leading a group of rotating shift Manufacturing Associates in terms of safety, quality, productivity, and timely delivery to external customers with the intent of continuous improvement and leading results to achieve sustainable plant goals.
The position is part of the Pall Singapore Operations team and will be located in Tuas, Singapore.
**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:
Lead and train the manufacturing associates on the assigned processes, to ensure shift members adhere to the highest standards of company and plant safety programs, 5S, guidelines, rules, and regulations; Work together to support continuous improvement efforts
Preliminary/minor machines or equipment troubleshooting
Review shift's performance, consolidate reports and suggest ideas for improvement
**The essential requirements of the job include**:
Minimal 3 years of production or manufacturing supervisory skill
Flexible to work rotating shifts (8-hour shifts)
Good interpersonal with all levels of people
**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:
Experience working in a cleanroom manufacturing environment is preferred
