**Responsibilities**
- Devise and adjust comprehensive strategies for the Greater China market, considering market dynamics and trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with company goals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Address client concerns, identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Work with sales teams to drive revenue growth. Set sales targets and KPIs, monitor performance, and support sales processes.
- Analyze the market, track competitors, and provide reports and recommendations to management. Stay updated on regulatory changes.
- Create and execute a marketing plan for Greater China, including brand building and lead generation. Evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Lead commercial negotiations, draft and finalize contracts, and manage the contract lifecycle.

Represent the company at industry events, enhance brand image, and build relationships with relevant organizations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, etc. (Master's preferred).
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven team - leading and business - growth - driving experience in a competitive market.
- Excellent English and Chinese communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
- Strong presentation skills for various audiences.
- Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
