Product Manager, Digital Workplace

DFS is rapidly transforming its information systems landscape to drive interesting business initiatives which has dependencies on how effectively data assets are being managed.

As part of the leadership team of CTO organization, the Senior Project Manager would work across CTO teams (Network, Workplace, Cloud, Engineering and Architecture, etc.) and LVMH group, to help prioritize and lead big rock programs within CTO to ensure successful delivery and value creations. This role would also drive the modern employee experiences at DFS with user friendly communications and innovative workplace tools and capabilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive and execute the big rock programs within the CTO team, assist in formulating CTO roadmap for long-term planning and agree on short to mid-term priorities.
- Establishes and communicates a clear vision for the project charter.
- Co-ordinating the definition of scope of the project life cycle. Develops realizable business case for each project within program. Ensure benefits are realized.
- Structuring CTO projects and ensure formal transparency and governance is put in place for appropriate stakeholder groups.
- Break the scope into manageable deliverables, time bound project plan and track to completion.
- Identify stakeholders, organize CTO project team, and engage stakeholders across DFS and LVMH Group to drive desired changes for successful program executions.
- Drive process improvement (simplifying, automation, leverage, scale) & operational excellence across multiple CTO teams (network, cloud platforms, workplace, architecture and engineering) and beyond.
- Coordinate and communicate CTO changes in a standard template and user-friendly manners across Global IT or/and global business to increase visibility of impacts and global technology group image.
- Coordinate and lead CTO team meetings and newsletter as 1 high performing CTO team.
- Look at bold and innovative ways to use and manage our digital workplace capabilities & innovations to achieve the goals of delivering a best-in-class employee experience.
- Bring outside in by staying connected on new technlogies to maximise employee related technology capabilities and innovations.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent (MS preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in project management role with proven record of success, within FMCG/Retail industry
- High performing team management & program management
- Demonstrated PM experience using Agile
- Be able to execute projects and work with various teams across the global through influence in a highly matrixed organization
- Ability in managing projects and programs of large scope including schedules, scope, costs and resources
- Good experience in CTO domains - Cloud computing (Azure, Alibaba and Data Centre), Networks, Digital Workplace, Engineering and Enterprise Architecture
- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to identify issues, recognize the root causes of problems and provide effective solutions
- Proven projects in workplace innovations and employee experiences are preferred
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders are mandatory
