
Inventory Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Process orders on timely manner and monitor closely of customers’ backorders
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and warehouse in-charge to ensure proper clearance of incoming shipments to avoid storage charges incurrence
- Perform primary costing for incoming shipments, ensure timely and accurate update of stock and costing in system
- Notify superior if there is any discrepancies or irregularities during the move-in process
- Perform checks on customer order confirmation, purchase order, goods receiving and billing matters
- Liaise with overseas suppliers on all logistics-related matters including price, stock availability and lead time
- Maintain accurate update of inventory data including price, car model year, rack code, supersession, source of supply, and to create new items in system when required
- Assist to generate monthly reports
- Assist in inventory cycle-count and annual stock-check activities
- Perform other related ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
**Requirements**:
- Minimum GCE 'O' level or equivalent
- Preferably with 1 year of relevant working experience in Supply chain & inventory management
- Positive working attitude with an eye for detail
- Computer literacy with good communication and interpersonal skills
