The role of the Operations Coordinator involves overseeing the administration and management of inventory control within our organization. This entails ensuring that all delivery and production documents are accurately recorded and inputted into our in-house system.

Maintaining accurate records of materials at the jobsite is a crucial aspect of their duties. They will also be responsible for managing attendance in the HRM system for factory staff only.

Additionally, they will support simple IT functions such as setting up computers, software installation, and server maintenance. Furthermore, they will oversee the monitoring and control of factory areas including the pantry, toilets, and factory offices, and ordering beverages for staff.

In this capacity, they will manage general administrative matters in the factory and provide support to factory staff. They will prepare company memos and announcements related to factory issues and other ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years working experience in inventory control is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, along with meticulousness and conscientiousness, is essential.
  • Strong team players with a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility are ideal candidates.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Experience in the Construction Industry would be advantageous.
  • Bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English are required.
