Administrative Support Associate
Job Summary:This role involves providing administrative support to a team, focusing on sales and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong organizational abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist senior colleagues in administrative tasks
- Prepare tax invoices, purchase orders, data entry, and monthly inventory reports
- Liaise with customers and suppliers on orders, delivery, shipments, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
- Communicate with freight, media, and printing companies
- Perform other duties and assignments as required by superiors
- Handle walk-in customer inquiries
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have at least two years of administrative experience and be familiar with MS Office applications. Additionally, they should be knowledgeable about ISO 9001 standards and have excellent problem-solving skills.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm
