
Sales Administrative Assistant

This role involves providing administrative support to the sales team by handling various tasks such as invoicing, inventory management and order processing. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and preparing sales reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Responsibilities
- Support sales operations by processing invoices, managing inventory and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records and data, including sales reports and customer information.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Requirements
- GCE 'O' level or diploma qualification.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
Key Skills
- CRM software expertise.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
