**Regional IT Engineer Network and Voice**

As a Regional IT Engineer Network and Voice, you will report directly to the Global IT Infrastructure and Security Manager.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Participate in the global network/voice strategy and work without direct supervision.
- Architect, Deploy, and Integrate Network and Voice solutions using standard IT tools and processes.
- Advise management on technical solutions for their business needs and potential cost reduction.
- Manage and coordinate networking activities in North America, Asia and European Leica facilities for projects.
- Provide level 3 and 4 engineering support of deployed environment.
- Architect, Engineer, and perform complex Infrastructure migrations.
- Keep detailed and accurate technical documentation.
- Provide Updates to IT Team on Network and Voice
- Deliver and Support the LMS business that are track by KPI.
- Integrate, migrate, and standardize the Leica acquired companies to the Leica global network/voice.

Core responsibilities include:

- Global Network and Voice Infrastructure Migrations
- Global Network Design and Architecture
- Build and Automation of Global Network Infrastructure
- Global Network Monitoring and Optimization
- Incident Resolution, Patching, and Performance Tuning
- Effective and Secure Infrastructure Management
- Routine Infrastructure cost and efficiency analysis and enhancements
- Other duties as requested by Manager

**Our Expectations**:

- 10 +years’ experience in IT Infrastructure
- Ideally Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Analytical and structured working method with problem solving ability
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), other languages are a plus
- Experience in a Global environment and cross cultural
- Mastery with a wide array of Cisco Equipment (SD WAN / WLAN / Routing / Switching)
- Architectural experience with Palo Alto Next Generation Firewalls
- Architectural experience in IP Network Design and Subnetting
- Network Troubleshooting and Operational Support Expertise
- Proficiency in Self-Management, Project Management, and Working With Customers
- Ability and willingness to travel as required
