**Responsibilities would include**:

- Champion the continuous evolution of the sector-wide sustainability strategy
- Promote engagement in the adoption of ESG strategies and implementation of ESG practices and ensure ESG vision is fully integrated
- Manage end to end process for the organisation’s sustainability reporting and lead teams to establish frameworks for evaluating and monitoring the effectiveness of the ESG programmes in compliance with environmental and government regulations
- Lead projects with a clear vision of success and deliverables, focusing on ESG and sustainability as a whole
- Analyse and monitor the performance of individual assets, and identify areas for enhancement and growth
- Perform ongoing financial and performance analysis, operational and capital expenditure assessments
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science / Sustainability / Real Estate or relevant building-related studies
- At least 10 years of experience in asset management with a focus on sustainability
- Proven track record in delivering sustainability strategies and improvement programs in large scale and diverse environment
- Knowledge of key methodologies associated with energy and carbon reduction in the built environment
- Passionate and updated on the latest ESG and sustainability-related trends, news and literature
- Expert technical knowledge in sustainability disciplines
