**Responsibilities**:

- Support Head of IDF in mapping out the addressable landscape for public sector coverage including counterparties, product offering potential, revenue potential etc. Consultant will visit all target addressable markets with Head of IDF during the first 6 months
- Support Head of IDF in pitching of SMBC's offerings to the initial targets (2-3 markets)
- Support Head of IDF to build awareness of the public sector coverage initiative internally (particularly with SMBC branch network) and externally (with target public sector counterparts and relevant partners like DFIs). Selective participation in public events alongside Head of IDF will be required.
- Facilitate relevant SFDA and SMBC team in smooth execution of transactions with counterparts
- Support wider SFDA team on deals, if required

**Job Requirements**
- University Graduate
- English Fluent. Ability to converse in other relevant business languages used in the region will be favourably considered.
- At least 15-year working experience in consulting or commercial bank or investment bank or financial institution, with relevant experience working with public sector and/or development bank counterparts.
- MS Office Skill - Microsoft Word / Excel / Powerpoint
