We currently offer the following position in our office in Singapore which will be hybrid.

**Logistics Manager**

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Manage Receiving and Shipping Operations to ensure On-Time-Delivery and internal/external customer satisfaction for inbound/outbound deliveries.
- Manage customer queries, sales order returns and complains related to Shipping activities.
- Manage Receiving and Shipping activities and business planning processes to drive Operations KPI targets around Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory and Productivity.
- Manage, analyze, and present business case relating to internal and external KPI performances for continuous improvements in Shipment Operations.
- Develop, build partnership, and manage Logistics Service Providers in optimizing Logistics processes and delivering service level agreements.
- Build and develop team of Shipping executives to improve Shipment Operations systems and processes, driving towards “Best-In-Class” operations within Leica and Danaher groups.
- Lead and participate in in Kaizen projects in collaboration with internal & external stakeholders.
- Ensure the department operates under the Quality Management System and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements and to address EHS issues raised by associates

**Your Profile**:

- Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics / related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years’ working experience in logistics operations.
- Proven track record of planning & delivering logistics solutions and leading logistics operations
- Knowledge and experience in Business Intelligence and Predictive Analytics
- Proficient in ERP, MRP systems e.g. SAP
