**About the role**

The incumbent will be part of a solution team within the LVMH department in providing seamless and customer-focused data analytics and solutions to improve customer service and operation accuracy.

**What you will be ding**
- Lead logistics projects such as process and system improvement, lead time reduction, automation, digitalization, sustainability, traceability and accuracy, ecommerce
- Conduct data analysis and design solutions in terms of process, layout and organization
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders such as Operations Teams, customer, and suppliers
- Communicate on project tasks progress, budget, timeline, resources and risks
- Follow-up on management and customer ad-hoc requests: data consistency, new report, spot analysis

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Engineering / Logistics / Supply Chain Management
- Project management and change management
- Strong in data crunching, analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge in lean, six sigma, 5S, WMS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, SQL
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
