- As the Regional Concept Merchandiser, you _will set the strategy and drive the selling of your concept throughout APAC region. You are responsible for allocation and replenishment of the concept and elevate sustainable growth in stores._
- The Regional Concept Merchandiser reports to the _**_Head of Merchandising APAC_**_ in Singapore. _
What you will do:
- Set and drive an assortment strategy that creates sales net growth for the APAC markets.
- Co-create with the Buying/VM/Marketing Team on selling potentials, as well as opportunities and threats.
- Provide constant and structured feedback to buying office in London to secure relevant assortment for the region based on market tendency, competitor analysis, fashion level.
- Participate in quarterly buying and ranking meetings for the region to optimize assortment strategy.
- Drive selling and profit for the region through securing a strong regional commercial plan to drive your merchandising strategy.
- Establish and drive the commercial priority of key products, garment groups, and beliefs towards the Market Merchandiser.
- Travel within the region to identify selling potentials with local teams.

**What you need to succeed**
- Several years experience within merchandising with a proven record of achieving results.
- Excellent data analysis skills and the ability to decide sales driving actions based on the results.
- Fashion awareness & competitive landscape knowledge with a keen interest in the product.
- Ability to influence, provide feedback, challenge and speak confidently in front of an audience.
- Ability to take initiative and ownership to plan, organize and make decisions.
- Advance level in Excel.
- Excellent awareness of competitor activities.
- Ability to work at a fast pace and in an everchanging environment.
- Ability to travel 30% of the time.
**Additional Information**
This is a **full-time position** based in Singapore (Or China).
