**Responsibilities**

1. Commercial Follow Up
- Support the manager in day-to-day reports
- Work closely with stores to achieve the sales objectives
- Monitor stock level especially for new launches and actively work with Supply Chain Department and Central to maximize launch impact
- Propose and manage reliable and adequate Weekly/ Monthly Report, and relevant analysis
- Compose routine and ad hoc reports, monitor performance at SKU/Store level on necessity.
- Analyze sales performance, initiate, and implement action plans to maximize sales and optimize sell thru.
- Ensure appropriate stock replenishment from Central and rebalance stock in region based on selling, partner with planning team on carry over reorders and assortment adjustments.

2. System
- Familiar with the use of major sales data program to perform analysis of data and to draw meaningful conclusions in Microsoft Excel that can be translated into action plans to support the business

3. Visual Merchandising
- Work closely with VM team to enhance VM plan in line with launching plan and sales objectives /guidelines / store opening / CRM / store image & desirability

4. Markets and competitors
- Consolidate and summarize collection feedbacks for each season
- Collect and track market information relating to the competitor performance, market trend, client profiles, product mapping and pricing strategy across SEA and Pacific region
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the local Merchandising team
- Update regional merchandising calendar and assist buying activities
- Assist in other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned

**Requirements**:

- University Graduate in related discipline
- 5-7 years relevant work experience in retail environment
- Experience in Shoes or Leather Goods background preferred
- Strong analytical ability both quantitative and qualitative
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Multi-tasking, well-organized, attention to details, data-drive, dedicated, pro-active and being a self-starter

**Salary**: Up to $7,000.00 per month
