**Job Description**:

- **Weekly Stock & Allocation Follow-up**: Support the merchandising team by ensuring size availability and balancing stock levels with sales performance.
- ** Collaborate on Commercial Priorities**: Work closely with the Multi-Channel Merchandise Manager and merchandising team to secure key products, garment groups, and brand beliefs in the market.
- ** Sales & Trade Follow-Up**: Assist in identifying selling opportunities and threats through weekly trade follow-ups, helping to maximize sales potential.
- ** Market Collaboration**: Take action on sales opportunities and threats by working closely with the Area team, Digital team, and relevant functions such as Visual and Marketing teams.
- ** Execution of Commercial Focus**: Partner with Store Teams and Area Teams to ensure the successful execution of commercial priorities.
- ** Regional Kickoff Meetings**: Attend and support Regional Kickoff Meetings to drive key information and strategies to stores.
- ** Market Visits**: Be in touch with the market by conducting virtual and in-store visits

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Excel
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Genuine interest in fashion and a keen eye for the latest trends.
- Team Player
