ROLE AND DEPARTMENT
The Retail Sales Coordinator supports his/her manager to enhance Retail Sales development including promotional and merchandising activities related to a Duty-Free distribution channel and organization. The role requires frequent and proactive liaison with internal teams such as supply chain, customer service, and marketing, as well as driving effective relationships with retailers.

THE ROLE

**In this role you will be responsible for**:
RETAIL EXCELLENCE Support in driving on-counter & promotions retail excellence regarding:
Clean counters
Testers
POSM
Lighting
GWP signage
Newness and key sellers Making sure Merchandising guidelines are respected:
Assist in the preparation of Visual Merchandizing/planogram proposals for execution
Assist in timely updates of merchandizing grids/visuals for all newness
Assist in helping Retail Manager to order /update visuals Support during the installation of new counters/promotions Continuous feedback to the different teams to improve retail excellence

REPORTING AND OTHER ADMINISTRATION Key Account Manager/Retail Manager support and planning
Assist in creating COMA deck for upcoming Promotions
Data maintenance for TRIP on creation/update of promotion entry Newness & retailer relationship
Organize regular delivery of lab samples/buyer samples to retailers
Preparation of sell-in template on monthly newness for retailers to ensure to buy into them Other Trackers’ maintenance
Regular updating of monthly sales reports via HUB/internal trackers
Maintenance of the GWP tracker
Update of different tracker cf distribution list, customer information update
