**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and source new Locations for BUSINESS Continuous Expansion.
- Manage current tenancy agreements and Negotiate Lease Extensions with Better Terms with Owners' Management.
- Process and follow up on all lease Documents to ensure its completion, update leasing reports and schedules
- Prepare and update reports periodically for submission to the managment.
- Attend to tenancy-related matters
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with landlords and property agents
- Any other duties assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma Holder of any field.
- Minimum 5 years in customer services industry
- Hold Property Agent license preferred.
- Good written and oral communication skills
- A self-starter who takes initiative, good at multi-tasking possess a strong sense of urgency and able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Resourceful, meticulous, analytical, self-motivated, driven.
- Good team player, independent and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal and organization skills
- Proficient in MS office

- Negotiate with Landlords on securing the best rental of outlets to operate the business.
