We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel (Technology) to join us in our mission to improve Singapore’s competitiveness as a trusted ICT hub for citizens and businesses.

**A brief summary of your job responsibilities**:

- Work with product leads to assess risks and compliance-related issues associated with using a product and mitigate risks by advising on product liability issues
- Develop template contracts and a contractual framework that manages risks holistically for the products and services for Assurity
- Working with internal stakeholders in Assurity and external stakeholders in GovTech and other government agencies to carry out these responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the compliance programme for Assurity on matters related to data privacy and other compliance-related issues

**Requirements**:
**To succeed in this role, you will ideally have**:

- Admission to the Singapore bar for practice in Singapore
- At least 8 years of post-qualification experience
- Prior experience of regulatory advisory work in technology space in-house preferred
- Proven stakeholder management capabilities within a large organization
- Strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative demeanor, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams to reach outcomes
- Strong and concise drafting skills, excellent communication abilities, and commercial savviness are pre-requisites
