The Business Program Management (BPM) team within Microsoft is the center of excellence for cross-business execution performance and planning.. The team helps scale execution, operationalize business & sales programs, and manage change that accelerates Microsoft’s business objectives in the Asia region.

**Responsibilities**:
This role reports to the M&O Asia BPM Lead and is responsible for the management and oversight of Data & Insights to support the regional growth agenda. The Data & Insights Business Program Manager (BPM) supports the business in the following areas:

- Plays trusted advisor and business partner to the regional leaders, deeply partnering with the M&O leadership team
- Works across the regional M&O and Chief of Staff organisations to provide insights into sales and marketing performance, as well as a deep understanding of regional market intelligence
- Supports the BPM organisation to generate insights to support the regional Rhythm of Connection
- Strives for excellence in project and process based work, simplifying processes without compromising outcomes

**Responsibilities**
- Delivers deep data analysis, sharing actionable strategic insights with senior leaders
- Leverates data to provide insights into our regional growth strategy and GTM’s ambitions
- Partners with finance, marketing, and sales teams on bringing our strategies to life and data-led decision making
- Drive process simplification without compromising outcomes
- Proven sense of high accountability and self-drive to take on and see-through big challenges
- Ambitious, self-starter, thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, effectively manages priorities
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft’s strategy, product and service offerings, partner business models, and company culture

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years program management and financial analysis
- Experienced in delivering deep data analysis and actionable strategic insights
- Exceptional cross-group collaboration skills to successfully and independently work across many teams and functions
- Highly analytical, able to understand business metrics as well as customer and market trends across local marketing and investments
- Strong attention to detail from the big picture to tactical execution
- Possesses high standards for performance and compliance
- Solutions mindset with a passion for simplifying the complex
- Advanced oral and written communication skills and presentation skills, and planning and organisational abilities
