
Lead, Operations Performance Management

**Job Profile Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the performance reporting for Operations and draw actionable insights to support decision-making on business issues, processes and solutions. You will also be managing and enhancing the performance and reporting tools for timely and accurate reporting of KPIs. Reporting to the Head of Operations Performance and Quality, you will be engaging closely with Operations teams to identify trends and patterns in business metrics and being the point of contact for data requests.
- Independently review, improve, and manage the end-to-end performance management process for Operations teams, ensuring timely reporting and actionable business insights.
- Ensure smooth, transparent, and accurate tracking of key business metrics, KPIs and project benefits.
- Lead continuous enhancement to data visualization, performance management and reporting tools to improve on accuracy, timeliness, and accessibility of data.
- Identify trends, patterns, and regularities in business metrics. Then work closely with Customer Solutions and Operations teams to identify root causes and actionable insights.
- Provide data and consolidate actionable insights as inputs for the annual “Fit For Future” business planning and strategic workforce planning.
- Work closely with Operations teams to ensure that the team and department’s KPIs are aligned with company objectives during KPI setting, mid-year review and year-end review.
- Point of contact for ad hoc data collection and preparation requests, in support of decision making and business case studies.

Experience
- 4-6 years’ experience in performance management role, preferably with insurance experience will have an advantage
- Experience in data visualization tools, preferably Power Bi will have an advantage
Education
- Degree in Business Administration / Accountancy or equivalent
