**Position Overview**:
As a **Kitchen Staff / Production Team Member**, you will play a critical role in our food production process. You’ll work closely with our head chefs and kitchen team to help prepare, cook, and package meals with efficiency and attention to detail. We’re looking for individuals who take pride in their work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and share our commitment to creating outstanding food experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in food prep and cooking according to recipes and production standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and portioning meet company standards
- Follow food safety guidelines, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
- Work efficiently and collaboratively with the team to meet production goals
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the kitchen

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus
- Passion for food and a willingness to learn and grow in the culinary field
