The Group Digital Office (GDO) was established to align, accelerate and enable digitalisation efforts across the Group. We are enabling our people with digital mindsets, ways of working, capabilities and technologies. We are improving user experiences, automating operational processes, transforming the way we work, and developing our workforce with digital capabilities.

We are looking for a versatile and dynamic resource to join us as Senior Manager, Digital Program Delivery. To have a passion to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels and be skilled at orchestrating change in a highly matrixed organization. To lead the initiatives, to drive digital delivery, focusing on Automation area.

- Defines, coordinates, and drives the strategy agenda for the Group Digital Office.
- Identifies and develops new digital strategic initiatives and business models.
- Partners with multiple business stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable plans.
- Reviews, tracks, and assesses deliverables on business execution progression.
- Coordinates with strategic planning contacts across the Group Business Units.
- Leads and executes selected business/functional projects and initiatives.
- Program/Project Management:

- Leads or assists in digital transformation workshop facilitation.
- Engages with business and IT stakeholders as a program manager to drive strategic digital initiatives.
- Proposes AI and automation solutions that solve business challenges.
- Leads the project delivery for process automation initiatives.
- Responsible for program/project deliverables for assigned projects.
- Manages deliverables supported by internal delivery teams, partners, and suppliers.
- Accelerates the adoption of new automation capabilities across the Group.
- Resourceful self-starter with robust strategic thinking, problem solving and project management skills.
- Knowledge of AI/Process Automation Technologies. Certification in AI or Process Automation Technologies such as RPA, Microsoft Power Platform will be a plus.
- Familiar with digital concepts and technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Intelligent Process Automation, Data Analytics, NLP, Design Thinking and Agile Methodologies.
- Good domain experience of enterprise corporate functions & services such as HR, finance, procurement.

- Preferably in Management Consulting, Business Planning/Strategy function or Digital Transformation program management
