Singapore CHUBB ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. Full time

**Role Objective**

This role will have the responsibility of managing the Digital Life Partnership delivery pipeline and providing strategy-to-execution expertise through delivery of program and project management. This role will directly report into Chubb Life Head of Partnership Distribution Management with matrix reporting into Chubb Head of Digital APAC. Partnership channels and regions covered by this role: All channels with execution focus on Digital initiatives across Chubb Life’s APAC and Latin American markets.

**Responsibilities**

**_Overseeing Program Management _**
- This role is responsible for translating the Global digital strategy into concrete plans with cross-functional teams to execute.
- Working with Global and country stakeholders, to define roadmap, business requirements and functional specifications for data analytics, leads generation and activity management processes and platforms, as assigned.
- The role may involve delivery of other initiatives aligned with the Chubb Life business strategy and directions to support business growth, as assigned.
- Work closely with the Digital delivery team (most likely offshore) to ensure delivery of specified digital initiatives within time, cost, and quality targets.
- Collaboratively develop and actively oversee project plans in line with project management standards to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide input into business case initiatives and ensure that all associated costs, risks, and plans are incorporated.
- Provide program and workstream updates and status reports to stakeholders and program Steering Committee on a regular basis.
- Ensure decisions are escalated to the appropriate level and the outcomes are effectively communicated to all stakeholders.
- Manage Life Digital budget and track the spend on behalf of APAC Digital. This includes managing and maintaining all budget requests through the required Governance process on behalf of APAC Digital.
- Support local Country Partnership teams with digital delivery, Business case, funding, resourcing, planning and execution.

**Qualifications**
- At least 10-years plus experience in financial services, digital/channel development roles.
- Strong academic credentials, with an undergraduate degree in a related discipline, or an MBA.
- Track record of creating and executing revenue generating digital programs.
- Experience in driving innovation, leveraging emerging platforms.
- Highly analytical with deep understanding of a P&L.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills with a track record of working cross-functionally in a highly matrixed environment.
- Global / International experience (especially APAC) preferred.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to effectively present and build productive. relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Consummate collaborator who can also influence.
- Comfortable working in a high-profile role with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Able to productively consult with peers in other Chubb business divisions.
- Strong organizational and project skills with an ability to prioritize whilst managing various projects.
