Our 12-week internship programme enables you to develop valuable professional skills and learn what it’s like to work in a high-impact professional services organization. Gain technical and practical business skills to help you succeed in the future and have opportunities to network with other team members, managers and leaders. You will also benefit from real-world experience through opportunities to work on projects as well as participate in client meetings.

We’re looking for a diverse group of students with varying experiences, backgrounds and strengths to ensure we continue to offer the most innovative solutions to our clients. If you have a high level of commercial awareness, lots of ambition and an enthusiastic approach, we want to hear from you.

This programme is ideal for students who are in their penultimate year of university, but we also welcome first-year applicants.

**Internship opportunities are available in**:
Natural Resources
- Opportunity to learn with power generation insurance solution
- Update and maintain the power and renewable database
- Participate in client insurance discussion
- Assist in preparation of marketing material e.g. presentation deck
- Assist the account lead in all administrative and operational matters

Construction & Infrastructure
- Learn about construction techniques and gain insight into industry practices
- Maintain and contribute to the organization and filing of the practice documentation
- Support Construction & Infrastructure (C&I) directors and leaders in day to day operations
- Collaborate with the Construction, Power and Infrastructure (CPI) placement team and other Industry Specialties/Specialty Products, in particular with Natural Resources

Credit Solutions
- To support the Credit Solutions broker, in transaction analysis and client service (e.g. operational activities)
- To review, clean and update the new business pipeline
- To work on a pre-agreed project focused on an area of credit solutions that links to your prior experience (previous examples include, 'AI impact on credit solutions broking')

Transaction Solutions
- Attend client and prospect business development meetings and assist with background research in preparation for, and note-taking further to, those meetings
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of Transaction Solutions marketing materials guided by relevant members of the team
- Work together with team members on execution of Warranty and Indemnity (W&I), Tax, and other M&A insurance projects, including: clearing client Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDAs), helping to prepare risk submissions, helping with Non-Binding Indication (NBI) quotation reports
- Various tasks associated with the underwriting and policy negotiation process, and inception / closing matters, amongst others
- Assist in maintaining the weekly deal and opportunities tracker, liaising with various members of the regional team for weekly input and updates

Marine
- Performing data cleaning, data processing and data analysis, and preparing reports for consultants
- Help prepare underwriting/client reports and assist in broking administration
- Assisting in operational and administrative matters for the team and other ad-hoc request

Financial Services & Professions Group

As a Financial Services & Professions Group (FSPG) Intern at Aon, you will be part of the leading provider of Specialty insurance solutions in Asia. Our team serves diverse industry sectors such as financial institutions, asset managers, e-commerce technology firms, architectural and engineering professionals, healthcare professionals, and more. Your role as an FSPG Intern will encompass the following responsibilities:

- To understand the basic fundamentals of Financial Lines insurance and broking workflow
- Assist with mapping FSPG clients’ profile and risk exposures
- Data consolidation and management support
- Compilation of collaterals for clients including presentation, reports and quote slips
