**What the Internship Programme will look like**
Our 12-week internship programme enables you to develop valuable professional skills and learn what it’s like to work in a high-impact professional services organization. Gain technical and practical business skills to help you succeed in the future and have opportunities to network with other team members, managers and leaders. You will also benefit from real-world experience through opportunities to work on projects as well as participate in client meetings.

We’re looking for a diverse group of students with varying experiences, backgrounds and strengths to ensure we continue to offer the most innovative solutions to our clients. If you have a high level of commercial awareness, lots of ambition and an enthusiastic approach, we want to hear from you.
This programme is ideal for students who are in their penultimate year of university, but we also welcome first-year applicants.
**Internship opportunities are available in***:
Health
- Setting up survey and collect the result, analyzing survey data and results
- Consolidating data and transforming into reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting various projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned by Supervisor
- Updating and maintaining filing records/database, including data entry
Total Benefits Advisory & Management
- Assist in running analysis for employee benefits survey
- Assist to draft and prepare reports for selected clients
- Assist in running market survey and research
- Assist in any other miscellaneous work assigned by consultants
Commercial & Broking
The intern will be involved in providing support to our regional director(s) in managing countries' initiatives mainly in the following activities:
- Project management - initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and review countries' initiatives including document relevant stages throughout the project cycle
- Analytics - collect and verify information, review and analyze data points received, and build the deliverable document including communicating with relevant stakeholders inside or outside Singapore
- Operation - assist in operational and administrative matters and other ad-hoc requests.
Global Benefits Management
Assist the consultant and strategic account manager, and other colleague as assigned, for the APAC global/regional benefits clients to:
- Coordinate and track client insurance renewals
- Collate and assess information or data related to benefits
- Support regional / global benefits review and design exercises (e.g. medical & risk insurances, employee perquisites and allowances, time off policies)
- Provide benefits data analytics advisory
