This programme is ideal for students who are in their penultimate year of university, but we also welcome first-year applicants.

Enterprise Client Solutions

Our Enterprise Client Solutions team leads the way in transforming collaboration for client success. With a coordinated approach spanning solution lines and geographies, we uncover unmet client needs and scale outcomes across similar clients and industries.
- Collaborate closely with Enterprise Client Consultants, Enterprise Client Leaders, Finance, and Operations to effectively manage client data and reporting. Take charge of day-to-day execution and task completion, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks, and providing regular status updates to relevant Enterprise Client Leaders (ECLs).
- Provide comprehensive support to regional teams on specific clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of client dynamics, priorities, opportunities, and assisting in the creation of client team deliverables for both internal and external purposes.
- Our interns actively participate in a formal Development Plan, which includes on-the-job training and various opportunities for growth. This plan offers:

- An understanding of Aon's businesses, including basic functions and client types.
- Familiarity with Aon's ethical standards.
- Training to enhance interns' ability to work in a professional business environment.
- Networking opportunities with peers, colleagues, and executive leadership through program social events and interactive speaker forums.
- Access to and training on Aon's internal systems.
- Opportunities to develop interpersonal and team-building skills through networking events.

Legal
- Contract review, drafting, and negotiation
- Reviewing, advising on and managing contentious and transactional matters
- Legal research
- Identifying legal risks and creating practical legal risk-mitigation solutions across a range of matters / strategic projects
- Customising Aon standard-form documentation to suit different business / transaction purposes and ad-hoc administrative work as necessary

Compliance
- Facilitate implementation of compliance policies within the region in line with Group policies (e.g. KYC/ CDD due diligence, RWG Third Party process)
- Support the completion and consolidation of monthly management reports and provide administrative support where necessary
- Support in performing quality assurance activities in line with the Asia Assurance framework
- Follow-up and facilitate completion of all compliance related internal audit deliverables.
- Support in the execution of administrative tasks and in the further development and enhancement of the compliance operations
